NetBliss DMCA & Copyright Policy
Zareef Studio · Effective date: October 21, 2026
We respect creators' rightsNetBliss, developed by Zareef Studio, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how we handle copyright concerns under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
1How NetBliss works
- NetBliss does not host, upload, store or distribute any video files.
- All videos play through the official YouTube embedded player, using videos that are publicly available on YouTube and whose uploaders have enabled embedding.
- Movie titles, posters, descriptions and cast names are shown only to identify the content.
2If you are a copyright owner
If you believe content available through NetBliss infringes your copyright, you have two options:
- Report the video to YouTube. The video is hosted on YouTube, so the fastest way to remove it everywhere — including inside NetBliss — is YouTube's copyright complaint form. Once YouTube removes it, it stops playing in our app automatically.
- Send a notice to us. We will remove the listing for the reported title (poster, description and link) from NetBliss.
3What your notice must include
Please send your notice in writing and include the following (based on 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The movie title as shown in NetBliss and, if possible, the YouTube video link.
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Send your notice to support@zareefstudio.com with the subject "DMCA Notice – NetBliss".
4What happens next
After we receive a complete and valid notice, we review it and remove the reported title from NetBliss promptly, normally within 3 business days. The removal applies to all users with the next content update of the app.
5Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same email. Include your signature, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and telephone number.
6Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, please seek legal advice before sending a notice.
